just stain a piece of scrap flame maple very roughly, although the grading of the scrap is not so high, but figure pops up quite nicely.....good enough for the very first trial

Jackson body re-finish & repair project

97 製的日本jackson body，由於bridge 位的木有裂縫，加上多處被撞凹，所以決定重新大改做：

1. 起油，重新上色
2. 填咗bridge 位的木，改做non-locking bridge
3. 做過塊pickguard
4. 填補凹咗gei地方
5. .......

真係有排搞...

Flame & quilted maple wood tops

bookmatched flame maple and quilted maple wood top bid from ebay...

seems that modifying guitar just can't satisfy me anymore, the next project would probably be building a guitar body with colour stained wood tops..hehe

2 humbucker with 21 possible switching modification

had the lindy fralin high output humbuckers installed 2 weeks ago, it just sounded incredible....I'll never use dimarzio or duncan ever ever again....-_-

3 holes drilled for installing 2 on-on-on dpdt seitch( very expensive which cost $75 each) and a normal dpdt for wiring a 21 switching circuit, with series/parallel/coil split for each hum.

also bought a $6 wima cap....great cap,wondering what kind of tone will it make..

New project update.....

loaded the floyd rose bridge and sperzel locking tuners....just waiting for the Lindy Fralins pickup and it's ready to rock and roll..!

買咗個warmoth body 返黎，又想砌支新結他，試試d新構思..
個 floyd rose cavity 本是為origianl FR而設，對咗個Gotoh FR 落去發覺唔夠位藏，要route 後d 個cavity.......route 原之後諗住噴返層透明綠，點知找極都無...靈機一觸就買咗一支clear blue and clear yellow 一齊噴，效果都幾ok，不過就花多一支spray 嘅錢......

激死，唔見咗粒pivot stud....又要花錢買返，仲要係非常難找嘅....
