Worked on the fingerboard for a few hours today and get the upper part polished to a satin finish, the epoxy at the end is a bit thin, another layer will be applied on the bottom part...which means the painful sanding have to start again.....ar.....

Filling the slot, level the surface with 14"radius sander block.....

Carefully mixing a ratio of 3:1 of epoxy and hardener.........

Finally finished the back plate with transparent black acrylic sheets, looks great, feels good...still need some ideas for the battery cover plate..

glued and sanded flat, add a little oil and wax to the neck.

relic trial of fender squier

嘗試在一支fender squier 做relic，發覺在polyester body 上做relic 是一份苦事，的確不可能做到好似nitro lacquer 般的fade out 效果，不過在neck 及 pickguard 的relic 效果不錯..

a recent mod job that needs to enlarge the neck pocket in order to fit a new neck, it's a pretty simple job but requires accurate measurement and placement of the template(thanks Franky for providing the template^_^).

By the way, I'm planning to start a relic project, hoping to achieve results that close to Nash guitars....

這幾日的進度很慢，有很多細微步驟唔急得.....

1.將個POD 上落個body 度，發覺唔可以上得太緊，唔係會頂實d按鈕...

2.放pod 時發覺個位真係好細，剛剛好FIT 沒有餘下一點空位...

3.上NECK 後面的四粒FERRULE，激死，個平底鑽剛剛細了少少，諗了很久才搞得掂...

4.control plate 後沒有太多位，焊線及將control plate 上body 時要好小心....

現在差塊back plate 未搞....ar.....要休息一下先..

因這個body 是tele shape，所以保留了少少tele 味..hehe..
